Liquor Calculator

The Liquor Calculator is designed to analyze on-premise liquor sales. A case of liquor sold by the bottle in a retail store would be analyzed with the Case Calculator but a case of liquor sold in a restaurant by the serving would be analyzed with the Liquor Calculator. This is because for the purposes of the retail store, the sell units (bottles) are individually packaged, but the restaurant must repackage the liquor into smaller servings, usually by pouring it into shots or drinks. Because of the repackaging, the wine, liquor, keg and soda calculators also have additional fields for selecting serving style and accommodating service loss.
