Wine Calculator

The Wine Calculator is designed to analyze on-premise wine sales. A case of 1.5 liter wine sold in a store would be analyzed with the case calculator but a case of 1.5 liter House Wine sold in a restaurant would be analyzed with the Wine Calculator. This is because for the purposes of the store the sell units are individually packaged, but the restaurant must repackage the wine into smaller servings, usually by pouring it into wine glasses. Because of the repackaging the wine, liquor, keg and soda calculators also have additional fields for selecting serving style and accommodating service loss.
